Pourtant, pour assurer la piste d&#8217;audit, il est souvent pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de conserver l&#8217;ensemble des donn\u00e9es, du d\u00e9tail \u00e0 la totalisation. Le mode plan disponible dans le menu &#8220;Donn\u00e9es&#8221; permet de r\u00e9soudre cette \u00e9quation en masquant le d\u00e9tail de tableaux (colonnes et\/ou lignes) tout en permettant \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisateur de l&#8217;afficher en un clic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.auditsi.eu\/?attachment_id=2809\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2809\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2809\" src=\"https:\/\/www.auditsi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Mode-Plan-1.png\" alt=\"Le menu Plan\" width=\"285\" height=\"87\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mise en oeuvre du mode plan est assez simple. Il suffit de s\u00e9lectionner les lignes ou colonnes \u00e0 masquer puis de cliquer sur Grouper dans le menu Plan \/ Donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans l&#8217;exemple qui suit, un bailleur suit les charges de gros entretien par ann\u00e9e et par immeuble. Le mode plan simplifie la pr\u00e9sentation des donn\u00e9es. Il se mat\u00e9rialise par une trait noir au dessus de colonnes \u00e0 masquer suivi du signe moins. Le fait de cliquer sur le &#8220;moins&#8221; masque les colonnes.
